After learning the basics it's up to you to improve and discover new things. But I will give you some tips on how to improve yourself.
The easiest way to improve is to study other creations, designs, or scripts on the toolbar/Creator Marketplace and get examples from them. Another way is to watch some youtube tutorials. I recommend watching AlvinBlox for new developers, TheDevKing for scripting tutorials, RoBuilder for Map creation, building design, and blender tutorials.
